The Mt Abram Patrol has been continuously helping skier and riders for over 50 years! As members of The National Ski Patrol we continually train to their high standards in Outdoor Emergency Care and Outdoor Emergency Transportation.
Our patrol, of about 25 people, is a diverse group of people who are skiers, snowboarders, and telemarkers. Most of our patrollers are volunteers because they love Mt. Abram and they believe in the mission to keep the slopes safe and help our guests when they are injured or ill.
We are always looking to add the right people to our patrol – both young and experienced. If you are interested in possibly becoming a patroller or just want to learn more about us, we welcome you to stop by and visit with us. When the mountain is open we are in the patrol building at summit – a great place to come warm up.
If you are injured, ill or need help getting safely down the mountain you can call us anytime we are open.
Mt. Abram’s patrol number is (207) 381-7947
