Loose Boots Lounge Line Cook

Mt. Abram is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join the kitchen team at the Loose Boots Lounge. This position begins in early December and includes evening and weekend shifts, with the potential for year-round employment for the right candidate. Competitive wages available for experienced applicants.

Food Runner & Dishwasher

Mt. Abram Ski Area is hiring a part-time Food Runner and Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at the Loose Boots Lounge. This role is essential to keeping service running smoothly during our busiest times and is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active and working behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment.

This position is hiring immediately and includes Thursday and Friday evening shifts, plus Saturdays from 11am–7pm.

Responsibilities:
• Run food from the kitchen to guests quickly and efficiently
• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish and prep areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams as needed

Qualifications:
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
• Works well as part of a team
• Able to stay on your feet and lift light to moderate loads
• Weekend availability required

Schedule:
• Thursday & Friday evenings
• Saturdays, 11am–7pm

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Mountain Operations Generalist

Mt. Abram Ski Area is seeking motivated, hands-on individuals to join our Mountain Operations team in a versatile, “jack of all trades” role. This position is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a ski area running day in and day out.

You’ll work alongside experienced Mountain Ops staff and gain exposure to a wide range of operations, with opportunities to learn and grow in multiple areas of the mountain.

Areas of Involvement May Include:
• Snowmaking
• Vehicle and equipment support
• Lift operations
• Trail grooming assistance
• Base area and on-mountain maintenance
• Other Mountain Operations tasks as needed

• Interest in learning mountain operations and working outdoors
• Ability to work in changing weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
