Adult Summer Bike Park Skills Clinics & Lessons

Adult Downhill Primer Package

If you can ride a bike, we can get you mountain biking at the Mt. Abram Bike Park.  This two-hour group session with one of our experienced coaches will cover the basics of bike operation, braking and body position.  The lesson starts on learning terrain and includes guided runs on beginner friendly terrain.   This is a great way to take the fear out of the equation and introduce you to our fun trails!

Bikes available in XS – XL sizes

Price $99

The package includes the Lift Ticket, Standard Adult Bike Rental and Lesson.  That over $140 value!

Ages 13 and up (riders need to be over 4’11” – if under, please use select one of the Youth Downhill Primer Packages to assure proper bike fit).

Women’s Series

Learn and share with other women.  Back by popular demand, these clinics will be offered on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer on specific skills.  Check back for updates!

 

Next Level Series

Looking to take your riding to the next level?  This series is designed for the adult rider who is looking to fine-tune technique and master features at the Bike Park.  Clinics will be offered on the weekends on specific skills.  Check back for updates!


 

Private and Semi Private Instruction 

Want to customize your Bike School experience?  We are able to provide lessons to meet your individual needs.  We can work at any level, from a nervous beginner to an expert rider looking to master features.

Minimum age 5.  All riders must already know how to ride a bike.

 

Private sessions start at $90 for one person.  90 minute minimum

Rate: $60/hour for one person, $40/person per hour up to 5 people.

Lift tickets and rentals are NOT included.  Please book these separately.

 

 

 


Family Lesson 

Keep it all in the family in this 90 minute private lesson.  This is a great chance to experience something together that can last a lifetime. Our coaches will work with each member of the family to learn or fine-tune technique.  Up to 5 members of the same immediate family can participate – at least one person must be a parent or grandparent.  The session can be catered to the needs of the family, from a beginner experience to exploring the trails all over the mountain.

Ages 5 and up

$145 for 2-3 family members; $200 for 4-5 family members.

Lift tickets and rentals are NOT included.  Please book these separately.
