- How many people will need Lessons, Rentals or both?
- Does your group need Food & Beverage options?

What about Rental & Lesson forms?
Clay, our Group Sales Director, will contact Group Leaders to discuss details and email the necessary forms below. Group Leaders will need to set a due date, collect forms from participants, and scan & send copies via email to email@example.com

- Liability Waivers for Rental & Ski School
Please scan & email copies of all forms to Clay 7-days prior to arrival
Last-minute additions are acceptable up to 48-hours prior to arrival

What happens on the day a group arrives?
To obtain lift tickets and other items: Group Leaders will meet Clay at the Administration Office. It is recommended that participants remain on the bus until lift tickets have been distributed and other directions have been explained to them.
Group Leader(s) will need to pay a deposit to secure all arrangements. Upon arrival, please pay the remaining balance at the Administration Office. Check is preferred; however, Mt Abram accepts credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and Discover only.
