 GROUP GUIDELINES

Planning a group ski outing?

Please call 207-875-5000 to discuss your plans with us.  You can also send an email to salesdirector@mtabram.com

Groups of 15 people or more will qualify for group pricing. 

To start, please let us know approximately:

  • How many lift tickets will you need for your group?
  • How many people will need Lessons, Rentals or both?
  • Does your group need Food & Beverage options?
    We have the best pizza!

What about Rental & Lesson forms?

Group Leaders will need to set a due date, collect forms from participants, and scan & send copies via email to salesdirector@mtabram.com

  • Rental Shop form
  • Lesson Sign Up form
  • Liability Waivers for Rental & Ski School
    Please scan & email copies of all forms to Clay 7-days prior to arrival
  • Mt Abram needs this info for the Rental Shop & Ski School to plan ahead for your group.

What happens on the day a group arrives?

To obtain lift tickets and other items: Group Leaders will meet Clay at the Ticket Window. It is recommended that participants remain on the bus until lift tickets have been distributed and other directions have been explained to them.

Groups need to pay a deposit to secure all arrangements.  Upon arrival, please pay the remaining balance at the Ticket Window. Check is preferred; however, Mt Abram accepts credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and Discover only.
