Take advantage of Early Bird rates until Oct. 1st, 2017. Group Rates will increase after that date.
Groups (including Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Municipal Recreation, Schools and Clubs) must make prior arrangements with our Sales Director each season. To allow for the best experience and planning, Mt Abram requires payment of a $250 deposit to secure desired dates. Deposits must be paid $250 by October 1st, 2017. Mt Abram requires advance planning for all Lessons and Rentals. Initial date requests must be made at least 30-days prior to your first visit to the mountain. Groups may plan for multiple dates with one deposit each season.
If your group does not meet the minimum of 20 participants, discounted Mt Abram lift tickets are available at Liftopia.com/MtAbram. Groups that need Lift Tickets Only may find this link useful and expedite payment online directly with Liftopia. Tickets must be picked up at the Ticket Booth near the Main Lodge upon arrival. Please bring your confirmation email from Liftopia.
What should a Group know about Rentals & Lessons?
Group Leaders will need to distribute Rental Form and Lesson Form/Liability Waivers to their participants. Please set a due date, collect forms from participants, and scan & send copies via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7-days prior to your visit.
Groups will need to guarantee their participation rosters ahead of arrival to ensure accurate billing. Rosters are locked for participation and invoicing 7-days prior to arrival. “Last-Minute” cancellations may be invoiced at the discretion of Mt Abram.

What about Lift Tickets for our Group?
To obtain lift tickets and other items: Group Leaders will meet Clay at the Ticket Window, located between the Rental Shop and the Main Lodge. Group Leader will review Final Invoice and pay remaining balance upon arrival, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended that participants remain on the bus until lift tickets have been distributed and other directions have been explained to them.
For the most efficient service, please send small groups of participants into the Rental Shop at a time.
Main Lodge has seating in the “Brown Bag Area” with the picnic tables and cubbies for gear storage. Please be respectful and share this space with the other patrons of Mt Abram.
The Shuttle for the Westside runs throughout the day. The Main Lodge Shuttle Stop is located in the parking lot in front of the Rental Shop. The Westside Shuttle Stop is located in front of the Westside Pavilion building.
Group Buses may park along the far side of the parking lot, or along the road in the overflow areas near the solar array. Westside parking is limited on SAT-SUN and buses are discouraged from parking there all day.
