Bryant Pond 4H Camp Outdoor Enrichment Program
The University of Maine 4H Camp and Learning Center at Bryant Pond will be offering an outdoor enrichment program during both Christmas and President’s holiday weeks at Mt Abram. Open to kids ages 5 to 14, the programs will focus on outdoors skills such as wilderness survival, wildlife, tracking and archery.
Ages: 5 to 9 and 10 to 14
Check in: 3:30 pm upstairs at Westside Lodge (Headlamps and warm clothing are highly recommended)
Hours: 4 – 7 pm
Price per session: $30 includes Session and Box Meal
Pre-Registration: Recommended at the Mt Abram Child Care Center, Westside Lodge

Session 1: “Wilderness Survival Skills”- Learn the order of survival, make fire and shelter, and have the chance to enjoy popcorn cooked over a campfire!
Session 2: “Wildlife and Tracking Skills”- Learn about the habits and habitats of the diverse wildlife that lives here, and have a chance to go tracking at night.
Session 3: “Archery Club” – Hit the bulls-eye and learn how to shoot safely with our 4H Archery instructors.
